I have been tracking my progress since July. I think measuring your body is part of keeping yourself motivated. I highly recommend anyone out there trying to keep up with a workout or a diet plan. Because knowing that you have a measurement on a date makes you feel more responsible and also makes you feel more comfortable about the process. It is also kind of removing unnecessary parts of the process, such as I have to eat only these kinds of food or I can only have cardio sessions in the gym, etc. This makes you feel more secure and comfortable about it. You can also find other months’ notes below.

The final goal is to decrease Fat% to 12–15 range and keep it there. The results of the measurement were %17.5 fat percentage with 68.6 kilos FFM.

So, the fat percentage keeps decreasing, %16.4. It makes it easy to continue and makes you feel better than before. It is great, right :D The only bad thing is the decrease in FFM, it was 68.6 kg. I have lost like two kilos one from FFM and the other from the fat mass :D I have also said that I feel better and the difference really started to show up like the legs are smaller but in a really better condition. I know I still have a long way to go but I am trying my best and it feels great. Hope, the fat percentage will fall between %15 — 14 next month.

I need to remind you that, I am writing to learn so it would be great if you have any ideas to recommend. Thanks for reading patiently to the end of this story. If you have any suggestions or questions or just want to chat, you can reach out any time. I will be more than happy to get suggestions.
